We have the status of PROTECTED UNITY guaranteed by the reintroduction of the law no. 448/2006, which involves the employment, protection and promotion of people with disabilities.

We are proud to be a protected establishment and to employ and integrate people with disabilities in our team. We support their rights and inclusion by providing them with equal opportunities, training and mentoring in a friendly and needs-based working environment.

The PROTECTED UNIT offers the opportunity to offset 50% of the monthly fee to the state for people with disabilities by purchasing work equipment and services.

Companies with more than 50 employees can purchase products manufactured in the sheltered firm using funds due to the state disability budget.
